Once you've contacted us, it's best to start at the end and define your goal. What do you need copy for and why? We'll have a think about how we'd go about the job and then give you a quote.
If you're happy to proceed, then at this stage we'd typically ask new clients for 50% of the fee upfront. Next we'll sign any NDAs [if required] and ask for supplementary info that might help us [such as details about your market, competitors and customers].
After that, we'll get cracking. When we're done, we'll send you a draft to look at. Hopefully you'll love what we've come up with but if you need a few tweaks, we allow for 3 sets of revisions to anything we write. That should be plenty.
